After confirming the quotation and order terms, we handle payment and local ordering. We reconfirm quantities by option and the supplier's expected dispatch date so order details can be matched with incoming goods.

We compare received goods with order details and check quantities, appearance, and the inspection items agreed in advance. We first discuss the feasibility and cost of product-specific function checks or photo requests.

We confirm sea and air freight terms based on the packed cargo's weight, volume, destination, and desired schedule. We discuss available routes and dispatch methods according to the goods.

Based on product details and the purpose of the import, we confirm the required documents and conditions. We compile the information needed for customs clearance, including accurate product names, quantities, and prices, and advise on any further checks.

After customs clearance, cargo is delivered to its destination in Korea. Upon receipt, check the packaging condition and quantity, and report any issues with your order and delivery details.

Yes. Send us a product image, intended use, preferred materials and specifications, and estimated quantity. We use this information to check sourcing availability and define the purchase terms.
We check unit prices, minimum order quantities, stock, and dispatch schedules based on your selected options and quantities. Any differences between your requirements and the supplier's terms are discussed before placing an order.
Once the specifications, quantity, and purchasing service scope are defined, we provide quotation items and payment terms. After the final terms are confirmed, we place the local order. International freight costs are confirmed by weight and volume after packing is complete.
We open boxes to check previously agreed items, such as quantity, options, appearance, and damage. This inspection does not guarantee every product's function or quality. For additional checks, we discuss the available scope and costs separately.
We organize the findings with photos and order details, share them with you and discuss how to resolve issues with the supplier. Exchanges, reshipments, returns and related costs depend on the seller's terms and the order's progress.
The schedule depends on seller stock and dispatch, domestic delivery in China, receiving, inspection, packaging, international shipping, and customs clearance. Tell us your required date in advance so we can check and provide estimates for each stage.
